It is wonderful place to stay, close to sites, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was exceptional. Staying in a Han is a special experience.

Otelin tarihi, restoresi harika olmasına karşın çalışanları bir o kadar suratsız, ilgisiz ve alakasız kişilerdi. Özellikle karşılama görevlisi olmaması, resepsiyon görevlisinin giriş ve çıkışlardaki suratsızlığı, zoraki iş yapması böyle bir otele yakışmıyor. Ayrıca kendisinin otel müdürü olduğunu iddia eden bir bayan çalışan, biz odada iken kapıyı açıp pardon deyip çıkması otelin çalışanlarının ne kadar pervasız ve ilgisiz olduğunun göstergesi. Sabah kahvaltısının ise görseldekilerle bir ilgisinin bulunmaması, peynir tabağında kıl çıkması ve masanın altında geceden kalma bıçak bulunması ise herşeyi anlatıyor. Malesef çok ince düşünülmüş bir otele bu kadar ilgisiz, sorumsuz personel alınmış olması üzücü.

Harika bir otel Güzel bir tatil

Otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde yapı ve mimari olarak da güzel benim gibi taş mimari ve otantik bir ortam sevenler için tavsiye ederim.Odalarin temizliği ve konforu harika.Otel çalışanları çok cana yakın ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Kötü tarafı canlı müzik sesi biraz rahatsız edici olabilir.Ama Tokat a bir daha gelirsem yine burayı tercih ederim.

Hoş bir deneyim

Yeni restorasyon geçirmiş, eski han yeni bir otel. Odalar hoş dekorasyon ile donatılmış, yatak, ve yastık mükemmel, duş böıümü harika idi. Çalışanlar cana yakın, kahvaltısı süpere çok yakın. Lokasyonu çok uygun, park sorunu yok. Ama tek eksigi, bina içinin aynı zamanda restoran hizmeti vermesi idi. Akşam ileri saate kadar gürültü eksilmedi, bir de televizyon izleme lokasyonunda (kapalı alanda) herkes sigara içiyordu, lig maçını izleyemeden odama çıktım. Ama Tokat'a yolum düşerse yine burada kalırım
