Excellent location! Hotel was clean, modern, check in was easy. Beds were quite firm, and pillows were very flat and only 1 per bed, so consider going to buy pillows after you arrive! We kept forgetting when we were out but there is a big houseware store nearby. Bathtub was nice and deep, good after long day of walking. Noteable because the Onsen is unfortunately not tattoo friendly. That said, if you are not heavily tattooed they do provide coverage bandages at the front desk! Didnt get a chance to try their complementary nightly ramen because there were so many restaurants nearby. Great place to stay all in all, I'd definitely stay again.

The location is perfectly between harajuku and shibuya stations and within less than 15min walk. Love the hot spring. Room size is reasonable and very clean.

Amazing, I was so happy with the staff and amenities. The public bath was wonderful and had a sauna and cold bath as well as plentiful shower facilities and the hot bath. Very happy with the snacks as well provided outside the bath.

Nice room. Great amenities. Perfect area. Only downside is that we saw a rat in the lounge area in the evening. I know that they're the reality of many buildings but still ... not pleasant.

Comfy sheets, nice onsen with relaxing projections on the wall, hotel is located in a bit of a darker back alley, which might sound shady, but its actually nice to be able to escape busy Shibuya for a moment
