Very close to a train station, Higashi-Jujo(JR Line.) Across the street is a 7-11.. so convenient! The staff speaks enough english to get you checked-in and checked-out, and then some. The rooms are small, but big enough for 2 people, and their luggage.

For the price it was amazing! However it is very outdated and the beds were very uncomfortable. We asked for an extra pillow and were told no lol… but oh well for the price it was great. The location was 10/10 tons of local shopping, 7/11 across street as well the train is two seconds away from hotel. Hotel and location felt very safe and secure. Great for someone on a budget!

My partner and I stayed here for 18 nights. Everything is good, the room maybe small but it’s very clean. Staff are always nice and polite. Easy access to public transport, close to two train stations, easy to go anywhere in Tokyo. Quiet and relax neighbourhood. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice place, the rooms are cozy and cost effective. I do wish there was a grocery store nearby, since the rooms have a little kitchen, but other than that. The location is quite convenient and not too far from the city center

All of the staff here were so kind and accommodating to us. Unfortunately the curtains in our room were short and left a large gap at the bottom of the window, therefore I was up every morning at 5:00am with the sunrise. The walls were covered in stains from smoking and there was no room service whatsoever (we even had to take out our own garbage). The location is very close to food and the train station which was great, but as a budget traveler, I think I could’ve found a better place for a similar price.

Although it might be small for others, it was what you needed, private bathroom and shower, it came with a sink, kettle and a portable industrial stove. It was 2mins away from a station and 10mins walk from a shopping center and a park ans right next to a convenience store. Overall, it was a perfect place for budgeting.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful! Rooms are quite small and old. There is a lift and washing room. Property is very near a train station and 7-11. Are is suburban, nice and quiet, but very close to a train station.

The staff are absolutely great! They are professional, welcoming and extremely polite! The room in itself was small but you could see from the pictures that this was going to be the case so this is not a complaint. Rather I am stating the obvious for anyone who needed confirmation. I think the room could be cleaner. The vent in the toilet and kitchen area had accumulated a lot of dust. Again this is something you can sort for yourself. Cleaning products are very cheap and can be purchased in 7 eleven store, which I did. I think this overall was good value for money. The hotel is slightly far from main attractions but my husband and I enjoyed taking evening walks. There is also a restaurant once you walk out to the left after you walk just a little bit - highly recommend!!

Really liked this property, lovely staff and right next to Higashi Jujo Station so really easy to get where you want to go each day. All staff members knew a basic level of English which was very helpful. Room is quite small but that was what I was expecting so no complaints. Didn’t find the noise from the trains very loud or disturb my sleep but you can bring earplugs just in case. I booked a smoking room due to what was available and price and it barely smelt at all.

You get more than what you pay for!!! We had a great time staying in Flexstay. The room was small for 2 of us(me and my partner) but it was definitely manageable as we mainly use it to sleep at night after long walks. It was also old but complete with the basics and was even surprised that they have charger cords for different kinds of devices. Definitely a plus for me! Aside from the cleanliness, the location was also accessible- it’s near 2 JR stations. There’s a convenient store opposite and small eatery just outside the hotel and within 2 mins walk. They also offer toiletries including yukata which is very handy. And has laundry and dryer room. Overall, it’s a great place for those who are budgeting! You get more than what you pay for☺️
