I wish I stayed here the whole time I was in Tokyo instead of just before my flight, it was really good. Amazing big room with nice view, shower could have been fancier though, as usual for Japan the breakfast buffet had a subpar selection of continental foods, but otherwise I loved my stay here. The self check in system is silly, if you are the only ones there checking in and there are 5 staff bored waiting, just do it for me, it's quicker and simpler for both of us. There is also no conbinis in the immediate vicinity that are open during odd hours, but the hotel has some vending machines... I think I will stay here again even if I don't have a flight the next day! It was rare for a tokyo hotel to have an actually nice room

Only a 10-15$ taxi ride from haneda airport, perfect for late night flights. Entrance was slightly confusing as I arrived 12am but entered through the side door and got in just fine after.

I enjoyed my stay. As a foreigner that spoke little Japanese, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also close to the train and airport which was convenient.

Hotel is right there next to monorail station. The room is nice and clean. It is near Haneda airport and the shuttle is provided but the bus is only 12 seats, first comes first serves if you missed it, the next round would 45 mins.

There are so many things to talk about. First, location: This property is 5 minutes by train from the airport. So convenient.There is a train station AND a monorail station within 50 yards of the front entrance. I was there to attend a concert venue in the same complex, an easy 5 minute walk away. With the train station right there it was so easy to get downtown and connect with any other train that you needed. Next the view: There is a rooftop lounge area with 360 degree views. This alone was worth the price to me.The airport is right next door with views of the runway. Mt. Fuji was easily viewable. The rooms are soundproofed so getting a good night's sleep was easy. The restaurant breakfast buffet has a wide variety and is delicious. I could go on, but I think you get the idea. If I am ever lucky enough to return to Tokyo I would stay here just for the sheer convenience. 5 stars .

We stayed 1 night at this hotel since we catch a flight to Osaka the next day. Near airport. We had the breakfast buffet, food was good my husband and i liked it. Clean, staff are nice and very helpful. Shuttle to the airport during mornings only, last drop off is around 11:00 am. There's a food hall nearby 3 mins walk. Quiet, business district.

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE (except from the hotel in the morning). And then they fail to give details as to how you should get from the airport to the hotel. They just say, "take a taxi or public transportation." I guess they don't understand that airport hotels are supposed to be convenient for air travelers. Once you finally find it (hidden in an office complex) the hotel is fine and the staff tries to be helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried hard to deal with my english which was very appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hotel was spotless. The only thing I personally think that could use an upgrade is the mattresses. They were fairly new but too firm for me. Aside from that everything was perfect and I look forward to coming back when I take my next vacation.

The staff at this hotel were truly outstanding. Every one I encountered went out of there way to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel is very new so of course still pristine. The room was small but comfortable and very well appointed with everything you could need. Even if an airline lost your luggage you would be fine here. It was exceptionally clean. I really liked the high end bathroom fixtures. The toilet was amazing ( North American hotels need to get on board with this tech). This is the perfect hotel for an airport layover. Right next to the exit from the first monorail or train stop from airport (I was confused on which to take but it turns out both stop at this location). I would like the hotel to put up a sign that is visible from the station exit though. It was raining when I arrived and I had to step out from the covered area of the station to see it causing a very brief moment of confusion. I’m glad I opted for the breakfast. It was delicious and had a nice wide variety of western and Asian dishes. And of course the restaurant staff was very helpful and attentive. I also appreciated the tech used for the check in/ checkout process as it was simple and streamlined the process. It’s rare I give a perfect score but they have truly earned it.

One station ride away from Haneda Terminal 3 on the Tokyo Monorail. Hotel is located in a new office and mall complex. Nice modern spacious rooms with plank flooring instead of carpeting. The buffet breakfast is a worthwhile add-on when booking a room.

Property was extremely clean and staff extremely helpful. Location from Haneda Airport was excellent. It is further from the city life but the train station is right at the property which made getting into the city very easy.

Excellent stay. Super easy 3 minute ride on monorail to hotel. Cost 3 bucks for monorail. We would stay here again in a minute. The shuttle they do offer only runs in the morning till 11 AM so be aware. This hotel was super cozy with a restaurant in the hotel, along with restaurants and a little grocery nearby. They think of everything super spotless and pleasing would stay here again in a minute.
