This was our first stay at this hotel as a family with kids. The hotel seemed new and clean, and our room was quite spacious. We really liked the location. It was close to the metro station and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was also nice.

The location of this place is extremely convenient with fantastic transportation access to everywhere in Tokyo. The onsen (hot spring) is wonderful and a major highlight of the stay. The room has a very cozy layout, and having a practical kitchen made everything super comfortable. My only complaint is the laundry room; it was not clean and had a noticeable amount of uncleaned dust around the machines. If they improve the laundry maintenance, this would be a 5-star stay!
