We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel! The location was perfect for our family, especially with kids, and the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Having a café downstairs was incredibly convenient, along with plenty of great local restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely return!

Room was beautiful, conveniently located to the zoo, train station and local park. The amenities offered were excellent and the hotel and room was in excellent condition. The staff were very helpful and helped us with a luggage transfer. I look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed both stays at &Here Ueno. Both of rooms were clean, maintained, had amazing water pressure in the showers and had amenities far beyond a normal hotel room for the price. The hotel was perfect for a family to stay at and we got to nearly every place we wanted to in 2 trains or less. Maybe one day we will be lucky enough to come back.

The staff were very welcoming and when we returned to the hotel three weeks later they said “Welcome back “ which was nice. The girls in the cafe were lovely to my sons, and the room service staff were friendly too. Highly recommend the hotel for the location to the Ueno park, station and direct Skyliner service to Narita airport. The only downside is the exit at the back is to the local red light district, but there is no problem walking through it.

This was our first stay at this hotel as a family with kids. The hotel seemed new and clean, and our room was quite spacious. We really liked the location.
