Th room was spotless and comfortable, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was ideal for me.
Loved the location of this hotel, near the train station and several convenience stores nearby. The staff was AWESOME, everyone was friendly and went above and beyond for us.
Himalaya Cloud resort was our perfect first stay for visiting Tokyo.
The staff were so kind and helpful and it’s a short walk to Hatagaya station and a 5 minute train ride to either Shinjuku or Shibuya.
The rooms where very clean and comfortable and everyone was so nice.
Staff was wonderful checking in. Amenities wonderful. Location walking distance to many places to eat and convenience stores. Very close to the subway stations. Very clean
Clean, close to transportation, quiet street, nice espresso and snack on the roof. Well stocked room and perfect for us two. A bit tight for three, just had to move the table out of the way
A nice family run hotel that has an unbeatable location and is central to pretty much all of Tokyo. Super easy to hop on the 66 bus straight to Shibuya Station and also has several restaurants and a Lawson right downstairs.
Nice boutique-ish hotel. Even though the hotel didn’t offer breakfast it was very comfortable. Compared to other hotels in Japan the beds were very comfortable.
Great location, you can walk to most things and staff is excellent. They even packed us up a bagged lunch for our early am flight and made sure our taxi was there for us. Highly recommended this hotel
We stayed here for about 3 weeks as my husband had a heart procedure here in Tokyo. It’s a fantastic spot! So close to shopping & dining and so close to Sasazuka Station. Getting around Tokyo was easy and fun. We walked a lot of places just because we could!
This was a really nice experience. The check in process was good. The beds were comfy. There is a nice balcony up the top of the stairs with complimentary snacks and drinks. It’s in good walking distance to the train station.
This room exceeded my expectations! It was bigger than expected and had a wonderful bathroom area. The location was perfect- it was in a part of Tokyo that is very quiet but easily accessible to Shibuya. The staff was accomodating and friendly and allowed us to do early check-in. If I am ever back in Tokyo, I am definitely staying here again!
