Great helpful staff and good property with excellent breakfast. Very ideally situated near the subway station and a lot of restaurants, convenience, and grocery stores.

I have used this hotel over 10 times for my Tokyo business trips. It is perfect location for me and this convenience is great. Food and transportation is easy to Haneda or Narita. Central for traveling around tokyo too.

Close to Tamachi station, very easy to get around Tokyo and out. Enjoyed the convienece, staff is great, very professional, friendly and helpful. Hotel is easy to find with a nice grocery store that opens till 2400. Lots of food options. Room is small, carper needs to be updated but clean. Its one of my favorite place to stay when i come back to Tokyo.

Great stay

Very pleasant five nights stay with friends for exploring Tokyo. Okay close to Tamachi station, Mita and another station. So it's easy to get around. A good number of restaurants and bars in the area. Good and plentiful breakfast both Japanese and western style. Comfortable lounge at second floor with coffee and vending machines. Good to gather after a way in the city.

We only stayed one night. It seems to be a convenient location for last night stay before leaving for Haneda. It was a short train ride with a transfer, so it serve its purpose. Otherwise this is an average hotel…mostly needs updating.

Hidden gem in a business district... 8 minute easy walk to JR Tamachi station, a 10 minute walk to the street full of food in near the Mita station area, or just ride 2 stations to Shimbashi for all the food you want. Overnight parking across from the hotel is only 500yen per night, I eventually found free overnight street parking just 5 minute walk from there! The room is very clean, very roomy for a business hotel, great features, bed is comfortable. Free coffee at the customer lounge on the 2nd floor. Will definitely stay here again!!! The area around the hotel is very clean, very "local", I didn't see any tourists at all... very safe, no drunks or anything crazy at night... highly recommended!!

Solid Hotel at a great location

We had a great stay at Hotel Gracery Tamachi. The staff were consistently kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and well laid out, with a bit more space in the bathroom and bathtub than you usually find in business hotels in Japan. The location is just a short walk from both Tamachi Station (JR Yamanote line) and Mita Station (Mita subway line), and despite being right next to the monorail tracks, the room was incredibly quiet, you could only hear a faint noise when the train was passing by. Breakfast was solid! The coffee was good, and there was a nice variety of bread options—including some really tasty croissants. One note: we didn’t get to enjoy the curry as it was extremely spicy, so something to keep in mind depending on your heat tolerance.

間違えて喫煙の部屋を予約してしまいましたが、当日に快く禁煙の部屋へ変更してくれました。本当にありがとうございました。コーヒーメーカーやウォーターサーバーがあり、紅茶の用意もあったりして、今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番気持ちよく泊まれたホテルでした
