Staff was nice but don't speak English. However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. There's a small elevator which helps. They seem friendly with inviting us to join the party etc...however the services and amenities are just not there comparing to the price.

Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this property to anyone visiting Tokyo.

ここを選んで本当に良かった！！

まず、オーナーさんが本当に優しくて対応が良く、感動しました！ 話し上手で、チェックアウトの際は、朝焼いてくださったクロワッサンなどをくださいました。とてもおいしかったです。 ありがとうございました！ シャワールームは少し狭く湿気がこもりやすいとこ思います。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ドライヤー、タオルもありました。 お風呂に浸かりたいときは駅付近に銭湯があり、450円で入れました。（タオル、シャンプー類持参。ドライヤーはありますが、有料だったのでホテルに帰ってから乾かしました。） またぜひ利用したいホテルです。 本当にありがとうございました。

The host is very nice and friendly, the neighbourhood is not so close to Tokyo, but still really accessible and nice. I recommend it to everyone. The metro station, izakayas and grocery stores are all 1min away. We enjoyed our stay there.

かなり満足です。清潔に保たれています。 ただ、大通りに面しているので、車の通る音ですとか遅い時間まで聞こえます。 音が気にならなければお勧めできる宿泊所です。

部屋の外から聞こえる音が気になりました。 シーツも、タオルのような素材ではない方が個人的には好きなので少し眠りにくかったです。スタッフの人もとてもいい人できちんと説明してくださったので好印象でした。部屋も綺麗でテレビも大きく、過ごしやすかったです。

Great and reasonably priced stat in Tokyo

Very close to Hasune Metro station! Very clean and quiet accommodations! The shared facilities were very clean as well. The owner was very nice and helpful and the whole place smelled great due to the bakery attached to the hotel.

From the Beginning to the end of our stay, the host was friendly and helpful. The B&B is located a bit far, but well connected to a minute walk from the station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

とても快適でした　It was very comfortable

板橋シティマラソンに出走するため、前日に泊まらせていただきました。 マラソン会場まで徒歩15分と非常に近く、荷物も預かってもらえたので、大変助かりました。 部屋はテレビがないことを除けば、非常に快適で夜もぐっすり眠れました。 シャワールームのみですが、近くに460円で入れる銭湯があるのでお湯につかりたい方はそちらを利用するのもありですね。残念なことといえば併設のパン屋さんがお休みだったことです。クロワッサン食べたかった。。 　会場を見渡すと外国人の参加者が多かったので、外国から板橋シティマラソンに参加する人は、ぜひこの宿に泊まってほしいなあ。宿のご主人が親切に対応してれくれますよ。 If you would like to take part in the Itabashi City Marathon from a foreign country, please stay at this inn.The owner of the hotel will be kind to you.
