There was too much dust and no real possibility for natural ventilation. Otherwise the room is good and comfortable, it is as it looks on the pictures. The location is ideal.

There isn’t a lot of reviews of this place so I was hesitant, but it was a nice place. The hallway looks a bit grim, but the room was great. The room had a pretty small bathroom with no bidet sadly, but there was a microwave and stove too which is rare. Overall I’m super happy with the hotel and its proximity to the station. I would definitely stay here again if I’m travelling solo.

Cheap but the conditions are so so.

cheap but no elevator. Dust clotted in ventilator. Glass door and toilet seat are broken .You need to bring your own amenities. There was a sewage smell released from the basin at midnight.

This property is a very good stay! Although sucks that they didn't have a toaster, but fine. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything else here, bed is very comfortable. I barely saw any reviews for this place, so I'm here to say that this is a great stay. Laundromat is around the corner, Coco ichiban is a 3 minute walk, KFC, Matsuya, and lots of Combinis. Probably one of the best stays I've came across so far in Japan. The best part is that it's in front of the station. A supermarket is also nearby in the opposite direction of the station. A 30 minute walk to Sangen-jaya as well. (Or take a bus) I truly would return here again.

エレベーターがないのでスーツケース運ぶの大変でした。 3泊でタオルは1枚のみ コンセントが不便な位置 早朝の飛行機にのるのか夜中3〜4時に廊下を玉東町スーツケースゴロゴロする音が響いて目が覚める(床がボコボコしてるので音が余計にする)

洗面台の無いバスルームにしか鏡が無く、電源が近くに無いのでドライヤーを使用する場所がありません。使いにくい部屋の構造は改善のしようがないですが、せめて延長コードを常備していただけると良いと思います。 また、排水が悪くバスタブの排水がバスルーム内に溢れました。こちらは管理の問題です。 隣にコインランドリーもあり、せっかく良い場所なのに残念な施設でした。

前日にセルフでのチェックインが必要 鍵はポストの中に返還してチェックアウトになります。 少し水道管の匂いが気になりました。 それ以外は基本的に落ち着きます。 いい意味でホテル感がないので、ホテル嫌いでも泊まりやすいかなと思います。
