Pleasant room was a comfortable size. Good price for the room and the proximity to Tokyo station and local metro lines was very convenient. Quieter business area but within easy walking distance to the upscale Ginza area.
The front desk staff was very helpful. The lack English speaking TV stations was disappointing. Not that we come to watch TV, but our other hotels in Japan had an English option.
Nice location and walkable to around areas.
Staff are nice and helpful. Free breakfast covered many choices of Japanese cuisine.
Room is comfortable to stay.
Quite dark corridors, but the check-in process was quick, the bathroom was clean, they kept our bags after checkout and the breakfast had a lot of choice.

Good choice
Standard Tokyo business hotel with tiny rooms. Very close to Kayabacho metro station, Exit 3. The buffet breakfast is very good, with lots of choices. If breakfast is not included with your rate, you can buy it for only 1200 yen.
We loved the kindness of the staff, they helped us with our luggage to send it from Tokyo to Osaka.
Highly, highly recommended for families who want a quiet area, we went everywhere by walk!
A lovely and clean hotel. About half an hour from Shinjuku station. Two subway stops from Ginza. In a nice neighbourhood. Would definitly stay here again.

Liked: Staff & service
A fairly dated hotel. The room was small, but adequate. Walls were paper thin so was noisy. Location was good with two train stations nearby. It was a fairly quiet area with not much around. Breakfast offered was quite good.
The rooms were very small, but honestly, based on my wife’s knowledge of Japan, that was to be expected. It is a very high populated area, and space is very limited. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly. The place was clean. The rooms only get cleaned, every three days. Not good for people with small children. My only complaint is that all of the TV stations are broadcasted in Japanese. That was not cool.
Good hotel and location and very close to the station. Walls are super thin so you may hear some late night activity from other rooms. But other than that, very good hotel for the price. Would recommend.
I like the convenient location of this hotel and the price, so I have stayed here several times. It is also convenient that they don't have daily cleaning in the room, and they only deliver towels every 3 days.
The receptionists are also very polite and kind. I hope they will have more non-smoking rooms in the future.
