We loved our stay at this hotel. The drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning were all excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the area was busy but felt quite safe. There are many food vendors and shops nearby and the hotel is a short walk from Akabane Station. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The breakfast food menu is great and they change it everyday. I would like to commend the staff especially the Nepali guy (I forgot his name), he is very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is great as well

At first we were nervous of the space but quickly were surprised! The hotel is on the small side but oh so charming. The free breakfast was buffet style really delicious and many beverage options. Also, free adult drinks in the evening! There are many restaurants within walking distance. And a family mart and 7/11 5 min walk from the hotel. Also the train station is a 15 min walk from here and it made it easy to get around in Tokyo. We adored this hotel and if we return we will be reserving with Super Hotel.

I unfortunately had an accident at Disneyland on my third day of travel and the hotel staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was compact as expected, can’t fault a thing, and location is great.

Our stay at Super Hotel Tokyo Akabane-Eki Higashiguchi Ichibangai was made incredibly memorable thanks to Ms. Uto at the front desk. Although the last check-in time was 12 midnight, she kindly waited for us until 2AM when we arrived late due to unexpected delays — we were originally scheduled to arrive at 11PM. Her patience, kindness, and dedication went above and beyond. Without her, we would’ve had no place to stay that night. We are truly grateful for her exceptional hospitality. Also, the breakfast was excellent — fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel for both its service and comfort.

Stayed for 3 nights in May 2025 without issue. Free high quality breakfast. Wifi is strong on 3rd floor. Has laundry ($) on 1st floor. Restaurants plenty nearby. Few minutes walk from east exit of Akabane railway station. Free drink inside hotel pm and evening. Staff was courteous and helpful. Accept luggage before check in time for free. Held package that I ordered and delivered to hotel, gave to me upon check in. I’m happy with this hotel.

One Of the Best Budget Option in Tokyo

Checkin was very fast and good.Rooms clean ,However for Housekeeping you need to put sticker on the door.Aircondition was very good ,amenities for bathroom there was to supposed soap in the room ,in receptin there was alot things you need like pillow ,shampoo,razor etc.But there was no soap.We have used body bottle for hand cleaning.Breakfast japanese style,I think there should be some selection for westerners ,like fried or boiled egg ,there is raw egg at breakfast ,staff very helpful and good.There is welcome lobby every evening between 6-9 pm soft and alcolic drinks free.Location very good ,there is good selection restaurant,cafe ,bars ,family mart etc.There is also Tokyo metro station and JR station very near.However hotel is far from central locations it take 40-45 minutes to reach central points
