The staff was amazing and helpful. Very patient. This was our first stay ever in Japan and only our 3rd person to encounter. It’s not a big room, but definitely not the smallest we’ve been in. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. It was super convenient! You could stay here a month and not visit all the shops and restaurants. It was quiet. We wished we could have stayed here our whole visit and 100% plan to come back! Hands down my favorite place we’ve stayed out of Tokyo, Mt. Fuji area, Kyoto and Osaka.

Room a bit small but for me its ok, it's only for sleeping. Nice place close to everything (transport, eating and Senso-ji shrine). Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back there.

It's not a fancy place, but has many convenient and money saving features. For example: A water bottle filler to save you from buying water A washer and dryer A place to sit and eat food from a local supermarket (much cheaper than eating out. Super markets have great prepared food options) A breakfast with vegetables A pants presser to borrow Look about for other amenities: they are crammed in there.
