コスパ良し！

スタッフさんがとても親切丁寧でした。 この金額でお盆真っ最中に泊まれるのはなかなかないです。 ただ、他人と同室だし、隣の部屋の話し声や外の騒音はそれなりにあります。気にならない人なら◎だと思います。 女性部屋に泊まりましたが、同フロアに男性も泊まってるので、シャワーに行くときは気を使いました。

チェックインがAM1時くらいになってしまいましたが対応していただけました。チェックインが遅れる旨を電話したところ、夜は日本語が全く話せない方しかいなくてドキドキしましたが、拙い英語で何とか意思疎通ができ、無事宿泊できました。アメニティはバスタオルのみ。シャンプー、ボディソープ、洗顔、歯ブラシ、ドライヤーなどは準備が必要です。連休中にこの立地でこの格安、大変満足です。フロントの方もとても感じの良い方で一生懸命こちらの意思をくんでくださり、ありがとうございました。部屋毎に施錠ができ、フロントもSECOMでしっかり施錠されていてセキュリティも安心できました。

フロントの対応があまり良くなかったです。こちらの話も聞かないで、余分にお金を請求されるところでした。チェックアウトも30分くらい遅刻して、フロントで待たされたのに謝罪もありませんでした。残念な気持ちです。

雑居ビルを改装してゲストハウスにした感じです。中野という微妙な土地柄なのでもう少しコスパが良いかなと期待しましたが、とことこの値段の割に設備も何とか寝れる程度で、駅からも近くはありません。 山手線の内側にも、もっときれいで安いところはあります。

This inn is near the station. The station is a NAKANO station and one of the most convenient stations in Tokyo. It is wonderful to have a convenience store in front of the inn. A dinner party will be held on Tuesday at this inn, participation seems to be free.

Had one of the smallest rooms of all the hostels I stayed in my life. Walls are thin so all the street noise, sounds from the next rom, can be heard. Bathroom, shower was clean. Good location.

Good backpacker hotel, low standard

Nice backpacker hotel, easy to reach. I wouldn't spend more than a few days in it, we needed it mostly to store our luggage in the room during our Mt. Fuji visit. It's loud in there, you have to share bathrooms, the rooms aren't that clean (but the beds are), I think it's a little bit overpriced. The staff was very friendly and they made the most out of this little building.

駅から近くて清潔で便利なゲストハウス

このゲストハウスは中野駅から近くにあります。部屋の目の前にセブンイレブンがあります。シャワーの勢いや温度も快適です。ベットも清潔です。価格に比較するととても価値のあるゲストハウスです。また、使いたいです。

妥当な金額

人により好き嫌いが分かれるのではないでしょうか。金額としては妥当だと感じます。 お洒落な東京観光を求めている人や、知らない人と同室が嫌な人は違うところに行った方がいいです。 わたしが利用した時は同室には日本人がいませんでした。他の旅行客も外国人のようでした。一人旅が好きで、少しでも英語が話せる人は楽しいと思います。 一部屋に複数の二段ベッドがあり、ベッド以外の面積は少ないです。大きな荷物は広げにくいです。 ベッドや隙間家具は手作り？という印象。また、エアコンがベッドの真上にあるため風が直撃する場合もあります。 シャワールームはネットカフェくらいの広さ。 ゴミ箱は部屋・シャワールーム以外にはなく、共用スペースにのみ設置されています。 共同のキッチン？のような場所もありました。 駅から遠くはなく、コンビニや飲食店が近くにあるので立地はいいです。夜はそこまで騒がしくない場所でした。 一部屋を気心の知れたグループで利用できたら安心だと思います。一人で利用する場合は、貴重品の管理は自己責任で。

Foreign cultures!

I stayed here for two night. Everyone seems to have a foreign background! Also I had a many opportunities to communicate with others in English !! So I definitely wanna stay here again!! However WiFi connection seems to be very poor at my bed room(◞‸◟)

Was arrived later than 10PM but emailed the staff so they waited for me. over all is good for this reasonable price. easy to find from nakano station as they provided a guide by email. nice hostel in tokyo.

駅から歩いていける安いホテル

値段が安いのでこれ位とは思います。 ただ、2段ベッドの上は、年配の方には大変だと思います。 布団1枚でエアコンもついてなかったので、真夏お真冬には行かないですね。 荷物を置くスペースが上に寝る人には無いので、下迄降りるのは面倒でした！

中野駅から徒歩10分程度です。目の前にはセブンイレブン、近くにはコインランドリー、銭湯、郵便局もあり、便利でした。窓が開けにくく、部屋の木の匂いがこもっており、慣れるまで少しかかりました。外国人の方がたくさんいらっしゃって、よくパーティが開催されているようです。値段相応だと思います。

安い！必要最低限の設備です。

新宿近辺で１番安い宿です。 必要最低限の設備ですが、寝るだけで安い方がいいって方はオススメです。 一応鍵付きロッカーがありますが、小さいので大きな荷物を持っていく方は注意。

駅から近い、料金も安く助かる。ランドリーがないですが、近くに銭湯とランドリーがありました。ゲストハウスにしては、みんなの憩いの場が日本的でなく、やや狭い感じを受ける。室内ほ狭いですが、物音もせず十分過ごせました。

新宿から直ぐ！中野の駅近で低コストなゲストハウス

清潔感は感じなかったが、駅近でコスト的に抜群。トイレスリッパなどない、貴重品預かりやロッカーも鍵がない。タオル類もない。駅前の１００円ショップで購入してから行くのがよいようです。高速バスの発着駅のある新宿を拠点としているため、浅草方面より中央線沿線のゲストハウスで中野駅近くはとても便利。
