"The room was excellent and the hotel is quite luxurious with lots of great amenities. Riya was an excellent host and made sure everything was available at a moment’s notice. Ayush, the chef, was exceptional. His leadership skills in making sure everything was arranged for our meals for a large group during a busy time in the hotel was top notch. I have profound admiration for the extraordinary talent and leadership of Chef Ayush. He deserves a promotion and is the person who elevated the experience from excellent to outstanding. "

"Check in process takes a lot of time. Had booked 3 rooms but only 2 were available. The guy who checked us in was grumpy and was not courteous. They had double booked and asked us to take a Rapido to another building of theirs. They did upgrade 1 room.
Bathroom and toilet have no partitions. There is a power socket in the shower area. "

"The property and the stay were really good. We are a party of four with two young kids, stayed for more than a week and we found the property to be well maintained, with room cleaning service and friendly staff. WiFi and in room tv, washing machine, kitchennett were very helpful. The breakfast served on a daily basis was homely and my kids enjoyed it. A flaw that I found is the surrounding and the accessibility of the property. The area seems to be highly populated with high traffic and bit low class. I didn’t find it safe to walk by myself. Also the road right in front of the property needs to be improved. We had hard time finding cabs or autos as they either don’t know the place or it’s hard for them to reach. But we got our job done with little hassle with transit. "
