Hotel is near the train station but still it is a quiet location. Many restaurants within walking distance and to go to the famous fishing port area for sea food is walking distance of about 15-20mins. Room is clean. Staff were very helpful and always eager to help. The public bath has adequate space, slightly larger than some Route Inn Hotel. Will stay here again next time visited Tomakomai.

本当に駅前で超便利。 私達が泊まった1111室は、部屋のカーテンを開けると窓が大きく前方に建物がなく開放感がありました。 ベットもセミダブルのツインで寝易い。 たまたま予約した夜の食事処も近くて助かりました。女性風呂は、かなり狭いですが支障はありませんでした。スタッフも親切です

総じて良いと思います。 毎年の北海道ツーリングにフェリーで苫小牧に上陸後の最初の宿泊で利用してます。 部屋も清潔、スタッフも親切丁寧で非常に気持ちよく利用出来ます。

山が見え、広大な大地が見え、光輝く海が、船が見え、景色が最高！今回が2回目です。今回は1階にある旅人の湯に入ってみました。温泉ではありませんが、ゆっくり気持ち良く使えました。あと朝食、毎回感動ですが種類も多く､美味しかったです。また使いたいホテルです。次回も楽しみにしています。

日本人スタッフの元気な挨拶、テキパキとした行動、とても気持ち良かった。 綺麗な部屋はもちろん、駅から近いは強み。雨プラス傘がさせない強風でも被害は最小で済んだ。 なお、外国人スタッフは見かけなかった。
