"We had a room with a balcony & loved relaxing out there when it was warm enough. Our host was very helpful & friendly. It is delightful place to stay in a delightful town. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable & cosy & shower good. What else can you ask for. Also a very good breakfast "

"A wonderful hotel with warm, welcoming, and helpful staff. The rooms ( I had to be moved as I extended my stay) were so comfortable- had the right space, were so clean, and the lighting was adequate (not always so in hotels in Turkey, I find). The location of the hotel is ideal, with the river right outside the window. Breakfast was good. The staff were always pleasant and ready to help; even taking me to the bus terminal when I left!! I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff;...

The building breathes history and even today you can be transported back in time thanks to the famously designed interior design in the public areas and private rooms. "Location was excellent - between the historic and the modern shopping areas. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room was comfortable and well stocked with bottled water. Bathroom was large and shower was good."
