Water is self served with no ice, menu only offers pork meat, should always be an alternative. Last, they charge my card an extra $238 plus the $50 room deposit.

The staff was inattentive to the guest and let teenage girls keep running around and slamming doors. Two nights with no sleep and not even an apology. Horrible stay I can’t believe you charge so much and do so little to help your customers

We had an issue with the heat, the staff had someone come and check, when they were unable to get it to work they gave us another room right away.

When I selected this property the listing said breakfast was included.
When we checked in, we found that breakfast was extra.

I'm from out of town and figuring out how to access the property from the Hwy was not easy in the dark. I stopped twice to ask directions and the locals I asked did not even know there was a Days Inn in the town and they were 2 blocks from the property. Thank God for Google maps!

Property was clean and close to shopping and restaurants. One working elevator on a busy day really sucked.

A few issues...
- Nobody replenished the towels at the pool. The restroom in the pool area were filthy
- There was a roach strolling across my nightstand. When I spoke the the desk about it they said "I will make a note of that."
- A sock from the previous inhabitants was in the drawer... just one sock
- n the morning I heard the front desk staff referring to the large amount of cheerleaders in the hotel as "ra-ra's" It was not said in an endearing manner.

Pool supposed to be heated but was freezing and kids did not enjoying

The heater in the room was very noisy. It rattled. Also, the faucet in the shower. The water would run out of it while you're taking a shower. Restricting how much water comes out of the shower head.

Parking limited due to functions

I got a virus from the internet and had to have my computer restored $200 and couldn't use it all weekend.

The front desk staff was extremely nice and efficient. The rooms and hall ways are very clean.
One issue I had was that the elevators are often occupied by the cleaning staff. We were in the second floor. So most of the time, it is ok, we just take the stairs.

Very impressed w/ the cleanliness of our room/hotel. The pool was very inviting and is much better in person then the pictures on the website. I feel as though they do a great job w/ keeping the hotel a clean and good experience for travelors.
