Such a beautiful property, big rooms, exceptionally clean, excellent staff service and always ready to help. The manager was just absolutely amazing and very understanding. The highlight for me was the gym. Loved it ! My children loved the swimming pools, the architecture of the building and it's history. The only thing that was a small issue was that there is no public transport and expensive to get taxis to main city. Hence i would recommend one hires a car or drives their own. Nevertheless the beauty of the property and the amazing staff made up for it all. Thanks a million for everything. Absolutely brilliant !!

Correu tudo muito bem. Os funcionĆ”rios sĆ£o simpaticos e muito atenciosos. Fizeram um up grade na nossa estadia, o quarto era grande, espaƧoso e confortĆ”vel. A zona da piscina interior, precisa de uma remodelaĆ§Ć£o e manutenĆ§Ć£o, nota-se o passar dos anos. JĆ” cĆ” tinha estado, e nota-se que necessita de uma remodelaĆ§Ć£o geral. O pequeno almoƧo Ć© bom, com bastante variedade. Gostamos da estadia no geral.

Descanso e tranquilidade num Hotel para a FamĆ­lia. Quartos espaƧosos e limpos. MobiliĆ”rio "retro / vintage", com camas nĆ£o muito cĆ³modas. WC espaƧosa mas a precisar de alguma renovaĆ§Ć£o de equipamento. Acesso ao quarto faz-se com chave, sem recursos a chave eletrĆ³nica. Jantar buffet, muito bom! Qualidade e diversidade justificam o valor. OptĆ”mos por nĆ£o fazer o pequeno-almoƧo no Hotel, o que se revelou uma boa opĆ§Ć£o, na relaĆ§Ć£o custo/benefĆ­cio. Existe um CafĆ©-Pastelaria, prĆ³ximo (<5 minutos a pĆ©), com boa oferta e preƧo em conta. Staff muito atencioso e simpĆ”tico. Zonas comuns do hotel, muito "cosy". In viaggio per lavoro ho soggiornato in questa struttura. Venivo da Lisbona e l'ultimo tratto di strada per raggiungere l'hotel non ĆØ proprio facile, strade strettissime in doppio senso e ripide, si sale molto e si attraverso un bosco. La facciata dell'hotel ĆØ molto old style e non proprio attraente, vi chiederete cosa ci facciate li :) una volta all'interno la situazione migliora, l'hotel ĆØ si vecchio ma molto ben tenuto e pulito. Ha un ristorante che propone una buona cucina, sono rimasta soddisfatta anche per la colazione. Camere molto ampie, la mia era dotata di balcone e affacciava su una vallata. Ampio parcheggio presente fronte hotel. Personale simpatico, sorridente e disponibile ad eccezione del ragazzo alla reception che mi ĆØ sembrato molto annoiato durante il mio check in. L'hotel offre percorsi benessere ma non li ho provati.

Hotel confortƔvel, mas com alguns anos. Quartos espaƧosos e bom serviƧo de pequeno almoƧo e jantar em regime de buffet. Boa piscina interior, mas muita diferenƧa de temperatura da mesma para a zona dos quartos, que fica longe!

O hotel tem boas condiƧƵes, no entanto o estado geral jĆ” acusa muitos anos e falta de cuidados de manutenĆ§Ć£o. Os quartos sĆ£o bons e espaƧosos. A limpeza nĆ£o foi problema. Os pontos negativos, que apenas vou mencionar no sentido de os melhorarem, como por exemplo, as fichas elĆ©ctricas no quarto que nĆ£o funcionavam e o Wi-Fi muito fraco por vezes inexistente. A Ɓrea de Spa e a piscina interna sĆ£o separados por 2 andares (sem elevador) e para chegar a esta zona temos que atravessar os vĆ”rios edifĆ­cios do hotel num labirinto de corredores gelados. Tanto a sauna e banho turco, como a piscina interna encontram-se visivelmente degradados e o seu funcionamento fica um bocado aquĆ©m do esperado. O hotel parece um bocado, e desculpem-me a expressĆ£o, ā€œao abandonoā€, mas podia ser um excelente hotel, se fosse feito algum investimento na melhoria das condiƧƵes.

Uma desilusĆ£o a forma como estĆ£o a deixar morrer este hotel: Portas e acessos quase todos encerrados obrigando a deambular pelo hotel; Hotel vazio e obrigam clientes a ir por uma serie de corredores e pisos para irem tomar peq almoƧo ? Hotel praticamente vazio, nĆ£o tiveram a gentileza de oferecer 1 quarto com vista para o vale; Pisos nĆ”o utilizados sem luz; frente do hotel Ć  noite apenas com luz recepĆ§Ć£o ligada, mais parecendo 1 hotel fantasma; TV nos quartos com os 4 canais nacionais e no restante, canais alemĆ£es.. VĆ”rios serviƧos desactivados, como Ć© exemplo o jacuzzi que existe mas encontra-se desactivado Ć  anos; Pequeno almoƧo com quantidade de produto quase contadas para o numero de clientes existente no dia, Aulas de hidro-ginastica privadas na piscina dos hospedes?? Piscina exterior encerrada e muito suja num dia de calor extraordinĆ”rio; Paredes, portas em mau estado. Discoteca fechada Proposta de apenas 1 actividade noturna e com a mata toda queimada?? Mas alguĆ©m estĆ” a gerir este hotel afinal?? Este hotel Ć© uma referencia na zona e deveria ser impulsionador da economia da regiĆ£o Por motivos econĆ³micos e de gestĆ£o, estĆ£o abertos sĆ³ para cumprir calendĆ”rio e gastar o mĆ­nimo possĆ­vel. Uma gestĆ£o Ć  pensĆ£o do seculo passado Quem viu e quem ve este hotel. SerĆ” que o poder local nĆ”o pode actuar numa das que jĆ” foi a sua principal atracĆ§Ć£o no caramulo?
