"The best hotel in Anchorage. This is a convenient spot for a work conference with 5 very nice restaurants on the property with varied options. Courteous, professional staff and great location downtown. Some of the rooms are small but clean, comfortable and modern. "

"large relatively clean 2 bedroom apartment in a good area near downtown. Place was in need of repair - ceiling in one bedroom was actually duct taped up and window didn't completely close. Paint was peeling from multiple wall surfaces. Bed in master room was saggy. Lighting throughout was very dim. Had heavy snow fall and we had to shovel stairs to unit and path to street. Kitchen was well-stocked except very limited coffee (mostly decaf offered). Had large TV's(x3). and lots of Apple devices."

"This is a good option to stay in Anchorage, especially if you have a car. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great views, coastal trail is across the street. There are several dining option a short walk away as well."
