โEvery staff member and the manager I met, were personable, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are a cut above many places I have stayed in my life of travels. In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If Iโm in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there. โ
โAll rooms come with a kitchen which includes full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave and sink with alot of cabinets!!! Rooms are very spacious and homie!!! Highly recommend and very very affordable!!!โ
โThe guy at the desk was rude and arrogant, but the place was great, clean, and inexpensive. The staff was fine. There are a lot of very disgusting Wyndham hotels around there and I moved here from there because they were so disgusting, dirty, ill run.โ
โIt was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towelsโ
โThe property is excellent for the cost of it. Maybe the tiniest bit run down but for the price completely acceptable!! Middle of the road. Enjoyed my stay very much!!โ
