"Pretty good stay overall. Was woken up by the smell of cigarette smoke in the middle of the night which lasted until the morning. The whole area is a bit of a construction site so don't expect quiet mornings. Only two of the three evelevators work also so not ideal when it's busy."

"bed bugs in the bed, called front desk to move rooms they tried to put us in the room right next door. they eventually put us on a different floor. no room upgrade, no refund. no type of compensation for the fact that i have to go home and treat all my stuff for bed bugs after spending $300 for a night. i loved this hotel for years but it seems to have lowered its standards. I will not be returning "

"The executive suite had a great layout with separate bedroom from small seating area and the unit was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable. It was a 20 minute walk to Scotiabank arena or 25 mins to CN tower. "

"Overall decent stay given price point. First night kept waking as the loud fan/ac kept going on and off. Managed to figure that out for night two. Luckily I’m not a super large person as bathroom was small and there was a wall/pillar impeding access to the shower. This may have only been my room and a handful of others though. "
