Staff was very helpful. First room we were out in the AC did not work, they moved us right away. Allowed us to hold our bags for the day and check in early.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown
Very close to the Eaton Centre. Was about a 20 min walk to the Scotiabank Arena. Only had parking for small cars. We unfortunately had a truck and had to park a few blocks away. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
