"Spacious clean new room, super quiet, couldn’t believe it was an airport hotel. Good food with fast service at hotel restaurant. Ten minute walk to LAX, had shuttle option but too easy to walk. Excellent experience. "

"Old school charm oozes out of every corner. Fabulous detail in all the public spaces. Rooms are large. Bathrooms and functional - as one should expect from a 1920s hotel. A movie was being filmed while I was there."

"Customer service is great. I did not like seeing people in the back of hotel parking lot doing drugs and using the trash cover to hold the door open when they see someone coming out or going in. Shady people hanging out in the back, makes it feel unsafe."

"Room wasn't cleaned while we were staying there for four days. Was told on checkout that they only clean every four days and guests have to come to the front desk to get new towels if needed. That information would have been helpful when we checked in."
