"Professional Staff, Property was awesome. Starbucks is across the street 5 min casual walk. Next trip to Redondo Beach/Torrance this is where we will be staying. "

"I never stayed and I've been trying to get assistance with my refund that they claim they released they of checking. The property looks like it's under construction I have pictures and videos of plaster and black mold and for starters we're talking about that room and the second option they gave me. The chain lock was hanging from the wall the block was broke on the door sometimes the door locked sometimes the door would never unlock which means the door was mechanical and non-operative. We left we never stayed."

"Unfortunately we had a family of noisy people above us. I called in on tues and made sure I had a 3rd floor room. Didn’t happen. I stayed close to the surgical center for a 6 am surgery up noise until 1 in the morning. Never again"

"Breakfast is available but not included, and a buffet is fairly expensive per person. The rooms were nicely large, clean but signs of wear and tear (iron burns on carpet). Clean, no bedbugs, bathrooms were very large. Parking was plentiful. Overall, I would definitely stay again."

"The entire property is rundown and smells like dog feces and a dumpster filled with used diapers that’s been sitting in 110 degrees of direct sunlight. The staff consisted of an elderly woman and two guys in their early thirties who managed to be extremely discriminatory towards guests of a certain color and who made sexually derogatory comments to my wife. If any of that sounds appealing to you then this hotel should be on your must stay list."

"Toilet clogged, tv didn’t work, stingy on towels, no cups, manager doesn’t come to office. Won’t give out local number, WiFi listed couldn’t get code etc cleaning and maintenance can’t contact office either. "
