“We loved the location of the hotel and the breakfast options. Gluten free options were available every day on request. Would’ve liked a kettle in the room as I do love a coffee when I first wake up. There are many restaurants and a supermarket so close to the hotel that we were never short of options. We couldn’t figure out the air conditioning so slept with the window open the first night - we were eaten alive by sand flies/mosquitos so it remained shut for the rest of our stay. The first 2...

“Location is amazing with a view of Pisa tower from the window. Room was clean and well maintained with a good shower. Check in staff were helpful and let us leave luggage before check in and booked a taxi for us when asked. Even being so close to a busy area, you couldn’t hear any noise from outside with the window shut. The view from the window was just amazing. ”
