"On arrival, our room floor was not very clean and had hair on it. However, the bed and room were otherwise tidy, and the daily cleaning and fresh towels were good. As we are deaf, we were disappointed with the lack of help and communication from staff. No one offered us a map, local information or advice about day trips, so we had to organise everything ourselves. A little more support and accessibility for deaf guests would have made a big difference. The pool was nice but could have been cleaner, as there appeared to be oil/sun cream in the water. Breakfast had a good variety, although the layout was inconvenient, with bread and cakes at one end and plates, butter and jam at the other. Our biggest concern was the storm and power cut. We were on the 7th floor and had to use the stairs in the dark. The emergency lights did not appear to work, which made us feel very unsafe. This needs urgent attention, as proper emergency lighting and backup power are essential. Overall, there were some good points, but the hotel needs to improve cleanliness, communication with deaf guests and, most importantly, emergency safety."

"This hotel was incredibly stunning. The property was beautiful and well kept, close to Porto Cristo and amazing beach coves. The hotel was very quiet, even at full capacity, it hardly felt like anyone was there it was very relaxing. A car rental is necessary as taxis are available but not many of them. Food was amazing and staff were all lovely."
