“I would not recommend Hotel Zen Airport, especially for families with children. On arrival, the hotel took a £200 deposit, which I am still waiting to receive back. During our stay, the hotel had no water or electricity for around 7 hours on the first day, which was extremely inconvenient for families and children. Just two days later, similar issues happened again and many guests were complaining. Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful or professional when dealing with these problems....

“Here is the thing. This isnt a bad hotel. The staff is just wonderful and the location is great. The building itself needs A LOT OF LOVE. I mean there were water damage on the ceiling of my room. The room barely has any outlets. You aren't allowed to leave the AC on because once you take your key out the electricity is gone. The bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned better I am bald and yet there were always long strands of hair in my room. The bed is a zero I mean its the cheapest thing...

“토레몰리노스 해변에서 하루 일광욕하고 놀 목적으로 렌트카 주차도 할 겸 숙박했다. 내부 주차시설이 공간이 매우 협소해서 주차하느라 고생했지만 그래도 있는게 어디냐 싶었다. 바닷가 바로앞에 있는 호텔이라 해변에서 놀고먹고 쉬기에는 아주 좋다. 시설은 꽤 오래 되어 보였지만 깔끔하게 잘 관리되어있다. 아침조식은 조금 아쉬움... 4성급이라고 많이 기대하지는 말 것. ”
