"The room was a decent size and well-maintained, though the TV was stuck in Spanish, and we couldn't access the settings to change the language. Housekeeping staff were friendly but we was concerned as they came to clean when we told them no and to do it later when we are ready they also left the sliding balcony door open, potentially leaving valuables at risk and making the room hot. The rooftop bar had friendly staff and pleasant, rather pricey, drinks. At the pool and bar area, the stated rule against reserving sun loungers was consistently ignored by guests, with no intervention from staff. On one occasion, after using the pool and sunbeds in the morning and returning later, bar staff removed our towels and initially claimed not to have them. After speaking with reception, our towels mysteriously reappeared. This incident felt almost like targeted bullying, especially since we had to bend their rules due to their lack of enforcement. Additionally, our room key card frequently deactivated, leading to multiple trips to reception. But overall the stay was a pleasant and was a decent experience and nearly everything is in walking distance"
