"Great hotel, but I had a few issues with housekeeping and room allocation, so management could improve. Housekeeping is by nomination at reception only. Housekeeping never wash/exchange glasses and took all towels without replacing any, on one day. Weird. I was allocated a room that was accessible. Rude!"
