"My stay would be perfect if the reception team was more cooperative, we spend 20 minutes for check in because one of the receptionists insisted that the confirmation should be as a pdf format although I have confirmation number. And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7.
