"The hotel was clean and a good location. My only complaint was that I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance at which time paid for and requested a room with a double bed. This was not to be the case. I was given a room with 2 twin beds. I felt that 3 weeks was enough notice for a room with a double bed. I believe this room was given to me because I booked it thru Experian and not directly with the hotel. This was a very big disappointment"

"Absolutely loved this hotel! We arrived by car, and it was extremely difficult to know where to go, so we ended up in a nearby car park, which was tiny and hard to drive in. Because we had a small car (a Mini), we could move it to the hotel's car park, which was much cheaper. One of the staff came with us to help, which was nice, as we would not have been able to find it without him! Reception was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The double comfort room was perfect - very comfortable, with a large bed, a big balcony, plenty of storage space, and a great bathroom (it even had a clothing line, which was good for hanging up our swimwear). There's a fridge with snacks and drinks you can buy - really cheap so we took advantage of it. The hotel was literally within walking distance of everything you needed, including the beach and all the sites. The area's energy was beautiful, and we felt so safe. When you didn't want to go to the beach, the pool area was perfect, with plenty of loungers (pool towels are included in your room, too). The bar staff were friendly and brought your drinks to where you were sitting, which was nice. :) Breakfast was nice - I was able to make myself some mimosas for breakfast, too! Would definitely come back!"
