The staff were very helpful and friendly, and their English was fluent, making communication very easy. That said, some of the room facilities are a little dated, especially the bathroom. The shower water pressure was also somewhat low. I found the Dove shower gel and shampoo to be fairly average, and the fragrance was a little too strong for my liking. I used the housekeeping service every day, but I noticed that there was still visible dust on the surface of the bed cover. I would appreciate it if housekeeping could pay a little more attention to this in the future.

Convenient and helpful

We found this hotel to be in a convenient location to Tosu train and bus station. There is a a convenience store nearby and the shopping centre is near the train and bus station. This is a car hire nearby. The hotel has tea and coffee available in the loby and a microwave near the lift on our floor. We had a double room, it is small but we were only there for sleeping. There isn't any cups or tea and coffee in the room, even though there is a kettle. We went and bought two tea cups as we like a cuppa in the morning and night. Over all we had an enjoyable stay and will be back on our way home.

Hotel is absolutely fine. But it is away from everything. Best to have a car if you stay here but it’s my fault for not researching the area and amenities so no fault of the hotel itself

They run this hotel like a low cost airline, everything is chargeable. There’s no bottle water for guest which only stay for one night. If you want extra towel they’ll charge you. If you want late check out even just for one hour they’ll charge you. Breakfast if the worst I’ve seen in Japan with very limited options and taste was below average. All in all, there’s no chance I’m coming back again
