"Excellent Service and Wonderful Staff! My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. What truly made the difference was the amazing service. I want to give special thanks to Evgenia at the front desk — she was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm welcome and attention to detail really stood out. I truly felt taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back!"

"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."
