La chambre était dans un état moyen. L'évier était bouché, un plaque du faux plafond était déplacée, le double vitrage de mauvaise qualité et très peu de rangement. Sinon la chambre était propre en arrivant et la literie était bonne. Le personnel était très bien, le petit déj très correct.

Bon accueil quand il arrive à temps. Etat de la chambre limite. Et petit-dejeuner catastrophique, organisation nulle, circulation dans salle incohérente, on sent qu'il n'y a pas de cadre qui orchestre (s'il y en avait un et bien il n'est pas pro), les plats chauds rechargés trop lentement voire plus du tout alors que l'heure de fin de service est loin d'avoir sonnée (oeufs brouillés pas bon du tout), les tables restent sales trop longtemps entre chaque couvert, j'ai dû nettoyer la mienne seule à force d'attendre.... on sent que le personnel n'est pas pro et certains en font le moins possible.

I get the Graffiti theme but that should not mean overpaid, areas uncleared and lack of basic items you have in your other hotels. Stayed in carcassone a few days earlier and was fabulous. Feels like the theme is an excuse to neglect the hotel

Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner

Tout était très bien sauf le petit déjeuner. Le personnel ne sait pas gérer l’affluence même quand la salle n’est que partiellement remplie. Il n’y avait pas de vaisselle pour les enfants propre, ni de récipient pour y mettre le lait, donc j’ai utilisé pour les enfants de la vaisselle classique et une théière pour mettre le lait. La responsable de salle m’a copieusement humiliée en disant que ce n’était pas prévu à cet effet et qu’il y avait de la vaisselle adaptée aux enfants en plastique. Elle s’est empressée de dire à sa collègue « les gens font ce qu’ils veulent » à haute voix. Je lui ai répondu que je ne faisais pas ce que je voulais mais ce que je pouvais vu que rien de tout cela n’était disponible lorsque nous sommes arrivés en salle. Je pense qu’un petit renfort pour apprendre les bonnes manières serait un plus non négligeable pour la dame à la chemise blanche.

Une arrivée tardive vers minuit, un accueil très chaleureux. 2 nuits avec petit déjeuner. Tarif correct. C'est un bon rapport qualité/prix . L'hôtel est très bien situé, on peut aller en ville à pieds. Petit déjeuner classique : mini croissants, mini chocolatines, mini crêpes, tranche de brioche et de pain, grille pain. La machine à faire les jus d'orange était en panne, c'est dommage. 3 sortes de thé, machine à cafés, jambon, fromage, fromage blanc, miel, 3 confitures, pâte à tartiner bonne maman, céréales, c'est très bien. Le parking est petit, grosse voiture s'abstenir.
