"Standard resort hotel, good value for money and good quality restaurant. However we were allocated a room above the bar that suffered from both noise and cigarette smoke. We were told that the hotel was full and that we could not move until the next night. The process of moving was made as difficult as possible and at no point did we feel that the staff took our request seriously- we were left with the impression that we were an inconvenience.
