“Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The mattresses were a bit stiff for my liking.
Pool area needed better maintenance. The floors felt slimy when wet. Equipment and lounging furniture was outdated and dirty. The pool water needed cleaning- not clear, remnants of hair floating everywhere, dirty.
The gym was outdated and could’ve been cleaned better.
Inclusive breakfast had a nice variety and was clean.”
