Cstay is a place with a very relaxing setting with amenities close by and has everything you need adam was more than helpfull and this place is value for money .a return vist is a yes from me.

Our room was both uncomfortable-thin mattress, thin pillow, sqeaking bed--and unclean--dead insects and other dirt lying around on the floor both in the bedroom and the shared shower room. But the biggest problem was the absence of hot water in the shower. As a result we left one day early. The manager seemed more intent on playing with his dog than responding to our concerns

Great place to stay

I enjoyed my 3 nights I stayed at Cstay. The location was great. Adam the owner was a really nice guy and I felt at home when I got there. There's a nice pool, kitchen, lounge to relax. The pub and cafes are close to eat at. Also a very nice beach and jetty you can fish at as they have free fishing rods. I'll be back. It's a wonderful place to stay on a budget.

on a budget

a clean, good, no frills budget accommodation . Great position close to beach,hotel and restaurants. I needed an overnight stay that didn't cost a lot and this was perfect. the shared bathroom arrangement was clean and no problems. appeared to be a share kitchen available which i didn't use so I guess you could say it is an upmarket backpackers. room had a small fridge, airconditioner and double bed although room could be a bit small for 2 people with luggage.

Comfortable, clean and inexpensive stay. Host was welcoming and we were over the road from the pub and a very short walk to the beach.

Nice quiet property on Maggie Island. The two-person bedroom was clean, air-conditioned and nice inside. The place had a kitchen and fridge for our food. The owner was really nice.

Schöne kleine Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht

Überaus netter Vermieter. Es wurden viele hilfreiche Informationen abgegeben. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, man hört nur ein paar Vögel und den Bus ab und zu. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Man findet alles was man braucht. Der Bus fährt in 2 Minuten Entfernung los, womit es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist. Bei Problemen (welche nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hatten) stand Arthur sofort zur Seite. Falls wir wieder kommen, werden wir versuchen wieder diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Ideal Escape to Tranquillity

Located in a very quiet part of Magnetic Island, if peace and tranquillity is what you are after this property is ideal. A minute's walk from the beautiful Picnic Bay, a couple of bars and restaurants and hikes up to Hawking's Point Lookout and Rocky Bay. The property itself is small and motel like, 12 rooms in all with shared bathroom facilities and a communal kitchen, dining and lounge area with TV. Lots of outdoor tables and a pool area also. A Sunbus service operates to a reliable timetable to bring guests to/from the ferry terminal at Nelly Bay whuch is about a 20 minute journey and the other main parts of the island-Arcadia, Alma Bay, Geoffrey Bay and Horsehoe Bay. The stop is a minute's walk away from C Stay. There are no shops in Picnic Bay so if self-catering it is advisable to pick up supplies from the supermarket in Nelly Bay before making your way to Picnic Bay. Very quiet and ideal for an escape from it all but not if looking to meet fellow travellers. Only very minor gripe that cleaning could be a liitle more thorough as I found a stray beer can under the bed when I dropped a pen under there! Overall very satisfied.

It is so clean and nicely done. It is one of if not the nicest guest houses we have ever stayed at! Anton is great too!

Nice 2 night stay

Nice comfy rooms, shared bathrooms and a pool. 2 minute walk from the bus stop and the beach. Picnic bay has one of only a couple of stinger nets up for swimming. Owner seemed nice when we checked in, only issue was didn’t see him or any other staff again during our stay which made it a little difficult to find out information.

Perfect budget stay

Didn't know what to expect: we picked this hostel for the good reviews. We were very pleased with the choice. A good location one street from the beach, bus terminus & restaurants, with a bus stop at the door. Good lounge & kitchen facilities. The quietest place (which may not suit younger people who like to party): despite lots of people staying we heard no noise after 10pm....we slept so well. Small spartan room (could do with some more hanging space, hooks etc) but very clean, with a comfortable bed & nearby shared toilet & shower facilities. The in room fridge was very welcome too.
