"Everything was great. Spacious clean room. The staff was top notch and we're very helpful suggesting places to visit. Location was perfect. Right in the middle of the old town where all the markets and restaurants are. The rooftop terrace was wonderful. We enjoyed the good selection from the buffet breakfast. Again I would say that the staff are 10 + stars."

"A truly underrated hotel! The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing! The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing. If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price. "
