We arrived really late at night for only a one night stay. Reception was quick with check in and helped us park. One of the rooms had issue with its electricity. The gentleman who showed us to the room sorted it out quickly. He also provided a spare bed for one of kids very quickly. Breakfast was decent. The attendants were bit overwhelmed but still dealt with the morning rush with smiles. To top it all off, my wife left her iphone in the room. An hour after check out we got a call from the hotel informing us about the phone. So all in all only one night but excellent hotel with exceptional staff.
