There was blood on the corner of the bedsheets and the shower floor and walls were filthy and moldy. We called the front desk and were taken to a different room down the hall, which was not a sea view like we paid for. When we told the assistant that we paid for a sea view room, he told us that there was no other room and there was no price difference. This is not true. We paid extra for the sea view room, but we were not given any discount or anything to make up for the trouble. Very dissapointing.

I absolutely can't recommend this hotel. Actually I would give zero stars if it were possible. Read below why. Despite a reservation 6 months in advance via Expedia, our room was cancelled 5 hours before our check in, during our 12-hour drive to Trabzon. The flimsy reasoning on the phone that was declared a burst pipe turned out to be a lie. On the spot we were told the next lie by blaming Expedia for allegedly offering reservations without their knowledge. Although the hotel had more than 6 months time to notice this and to cancel our rooms it came as described above what the Expedia explanation also shows as a lie. Moreover, the hotel did not help us in any way. The replacement was not of equal value, let alone higher. On the phone we were also treated extremely cheekily by the hotel manager who didn't even feel it necessary to show himself personally. From our own effort we found a cheaper and higher quality replacement. There we learned that our rooms probably fell victim to greed, as many hotels often charge double prices to Arab tourists. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. Eigentlich würde ich null Sterne vergeben wenn es möglich wäre. Lest unten warum. Trotz einer Reservierung 6 Monate im Voraus über Expedia wurde unser Zimmer 5 Stunden vor unserem Check in, während unserer 12-stündigen Autofahrt nach Trabzon storniert. Die Fadenscheinige Begründungen die am Telefon als Rohrbruch deklariert war hat sich als Lüge herausgestellt. Vor Ort wurde uns die nächst

Dışarıdan baktığınızda otomobil satış plazasına benzetebilirsiniz ama içerisine girdiğinizde mükemmel temizlikte, ferah, harika bir otel sizi bekliyor. Özellikle iş amaçlı gezilerinizde bu otel güzel bir alternatif olacaktır. Havalimanının çaprazında yol kenarında ulaşımı çok kolay bir lokasyonda bulunuyor. Kahvaltısı ideal.

Yeni ve temiz bir otel. Ancak dışarıdan otel gibi gözükmüyor sanki bir otomotiv plazası gibi keza yanında Mitsubishi araç satış yeri var. Odalar temiz, büyük ve konforlu. Kahvaltı ve restaurant kısmı çok iyi dizayn edilmiş, modern ve çok ferah. Kahvaltı çeşidi biraz daha iyi olabilir ama yeterli. Çalışan garson, resepsiyon görevlileri elemanlar biraz deneyimsiz ve acemi. Tek olumsuz yanı havaalanı pist bitimi karşısında olması. Arkaya bakan oda seçin derim ve tavsiye ederim.Fiyata göre çok iyi ve yeterli.

we did not stay in the hotel because first night when we come to hotel , manger said we are sorry there is one room out of service , you can go to other hotel for one night and come next day , we go and we sleep 1 night in other hotel , we came back to this hotel and he told us there is no room with 3 single beds available now there is 1 single and 1 double, but or reservation 3 single beds , also he said we should pay extra money for 1 kid for sofa bed , after that he said the reservation canceled go outside , we take our bags to look for new hotel , very bad manager \ staff we are family only ladies and kids , and i made complain to hotels.com by call 4 times , so please we need our money back , and i will send you our new bill reservation to :billinghelp3@hotels.com ,

Nice hotel

It was nice two days in this hotel with very good breakfast and nice terrace with sea view and easy parking cars ..and the most important point the staff very friendly and i would like to say thanks a lot to the manager maria she was very helpfull and working hard ...thanks again yildes life
