"Everything about this place was amazing!! First and foremost Sarah at the front desk was the nicest, helpful most outgoing hotel employee I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is absolutely perfect if staying in Gatlinburg. You can walk to everything near by to skip paying for parking. The rooms were super clean. The Altitude rooftop bar is spectacular and the outside seating area is top notch with great views. Awesome pool area with pool bar. I can say enough good things about this place and will stay here every time my family visits Gatlinburg. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel!!"

"Fantastic stay! Clean and updated. Lovely helpful staff. Right off Main Street but quiet because of the location. Relaxing to sit on the patio and have a glass of wine. Fun to watch the bears from a distance. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you!"

"We were put in a room outside the main hotel location a few doors down the street. It seemed isolated and a little spooky. The room was clean, but seemed to be well-lived in. We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. The outdoor pool was closed, so we could not use it. It was full of frogs that chirped loudly all night long outside of our room."

"Our refrigerator had no shelves or racks to hold items and didn’t feel cold enough for leftover food storage. We tried several settings to no avail. We left a night early because we were invaded with ants. It was our last night so instead of packing up to change rooms, we just decided to drive home. We were very disappointed as it was our first time staying there."
