"The beds were comfortable, clean towels daily.Tea,coffee biscuits in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent so much choice. The hotel was in a convenient location just 2 mins from the bus station and across the way from the Albert Dock. Would highly recommend. "

"We stayed here for a 3rd time as our experiences in the past have been excellent. The room is a great layout and the beds are so comfortable, we slept so well. Despite being in the heart of the city centre with really busy nightlife going on outside the soundproofing blocks all of the noise out. The location is very central, so for us that meant we had a great choice of pubs and restaurants within 10 minutes in all directions. Breakfast was excellent too, great choice of hot and cold foods."

"We had a fantastic stay in Manchester I was there with my daughter to see Billie Ellish in concert. Everyone was lovely and kind and asked straight away if we needed help with getting to the concert and ordered a taxi for us as soon as we was checked in....The room was lovely and very clean.... This is definitely a 5* hotel for me couldn't of asked for anymore....."
