"We love staying here with our family and furry son. The place is prestine with spacious rooms. They even have a container of dog biscuits in the lobby. It was our second time staying here in the last year and we look forward to staying there again in the future."

"The breakfaat menu was fresh and plentiful. The parking lot was extremely safe for our 2 motorcycles and 1 car. The rooms were clean and tidy. All the staff members were helpful, polite, and on point. We would definitely return to the Comfort Inn at 12718 Ocean Gateway in Ocean City, MD."

"Staff is hardly present at the desk and the deposit requirements never seen at no hotel before . But loved the housekeepers very sweet and dedicated to their job they deserve raises ❤️"

"Hotel was very clean, well kept, and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They welcomed me, my fiance, and dog into the hotel with a smile and made sure to point out all the extras our room came with ( free drinks, free tickets for mini golf, discounted restaurant coupons, etc). They also texted me throughout our stay to ask if we needed anything. We will be booking here in the future!"

"We had an oceanfront room on the third floor of the south tower. The room and view were Lovely and the staff was very helpful (even though my room wasn’t ready and it was past the 4pm check-in time). After going to sleep, I was awoken in the middle of the night by a very loud sound I can only describe as a wind tunnel…I was awake most of the night because of it. In the morning I asked if anyone had complained and was told maintenance would check. It wasn’t a motor cycling or any other equipment and could be heard outside the room and down the hall. Less than 45 minutes later, I’m told the folks in the adjoining room left their balcony door open and they would be asked to close it. Seriously!? I got an oceanfront room to hear the ocean and would have had mine open a bit but it made the sound worse. I next asked to cancel the second night and was told it couldn’t be done. They did move me to the second floor oceanfrontt and upon opening the balcony door, the sound was back… not as bad as the top floor but still audible. Never again at this hotel, and I am surprised at Mariott. To top it off, my parting gift was parking fees for the two nights for a total of $40. This was after I asked about a second vehicle and they told me street parking was free since it was off season. Unbelievable. This was most definitely in my top 3 worst hotel stays ever."
