Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with my stay. The AC unit was not functioning properly and made a very loud, unpleasant noise throughout my stay. The shower also had several hairs in it upon arrival and appeared to have not been cleaned as thoroughly as expected. Additionally, the TV remote was noticeably sticky, which was disappointing from a cleanliness standpoint. On a positive note, the hotel is in a convenient location. However, I believe the cleanliness and maintenance issues should be addressed to provide guests with a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel staff were wonderful and professional, always offering warm and friendly greetings no matter the time of day or night. The housekeeping team was equally warm, friendly, and accommodating. The room was immaculate, and the location was pet-free—with the exception of one guest's small Chihuahua, which they apparently claimed was a service animal."
