As you cannot bring your car into the medieval city, the hotel has an efficient system in which you park outside the city and the hotel arranges for your bags to be delivered. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great time. "

"I booked this hotel at the last minute and was extremely pleased with my choice. The hotel lobby was large, clean, and inviting, and the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Our room was large and clean, and the bathroom sparkled. The accommodation was excellent! The downside however was the restaurant. Our dinners were expensive, bland, and the choices were limited at the buffet counter. The service was good, which helped mitigate an otherwise negative experience. I highly recommend this hotel, but would suggest dining elsewhere. "
