"I don't think we could have stayed at a more welcoming and beautiful hotel in Toscolano Moderno. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the variety and quality of food at breakfast was superb, the pool was super clean and refreshing on a hot day. We appreciated the shutters on the windows at night to keep any light out and the air conditioning provided a very comfortable sleep. Everyone who stayed seemed so cheerful. There was a small fridge and safe available and really nice vegan shower gel, shampoo and conditioner to use too. There is a pharmacy and supermarket just across the way. The supermarket sells suncream. We plan to return and would not hesitate to recommend staying here."

"Some of the best staff and Customer Service I’ve ever experienced while traveling. First off, I had requested a bathtub, and when we checked in, we did not have one, and they immediately made sure that we were in a room that accommodated those needs for our small child. Epic pizza at the pool. Great wait staff in every bar and restaurant. The breakfast every morning was spectacular! The pools are so relaxing. Location can’t be beat. Walk ability to the lake is excellent. The perfect spot to vacation with children. I can see why people come back here every year. We met many people who have been vacationing here since they were children. And come back every year. Just wish it was closer to us, being from the US. If you’re even on the fence, just book it! You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back at some point. Thank you, thank you thank you."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Torbole. The location is perfect, right on the lake with truly breathtaking views. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend booking a table for dinner—the food is outstanding and was one of the highlights of our trip. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The maître d’ and sommelier made our dining experience particularly memorable; their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were second to none. The reception team were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is also ideally located, just 55 minutes from Verona Airport. There is a ferry stop only a two-minute walk away, with frequent services providing easy access to destinations all around Lake Garda. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay on Lake Garda. It’s a definite 5 stars from us!"
