Staff were very friendly and the hotel was simple, but clean. Breakfast was simple, but perfectly adequate. They have parking a small walk away. Can be confusing, but not terrible. Would recommend for a couple of nights.

Pleasant stay

We had 2 rooms for our family and they were clean and modern. I loved the great shower. The free breakfast was adequate but didn’t include hot food.

Close to the old town but 6 minutes or so to park which is across from the train and bus stations. The train station is under construction so allow plenty of time.

I enjoyed very much my stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, just a few minutes from many key places in Trento (main train station, Piazza del Duomo, Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore). The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious - particularly enjoyed the selection of cheeses - and the room was very clean, suitable for spending quiet nights. The Wifi connection might be improved as it got lost in certain areas of the room. My overall experience is excellent, and surely would stay again here in the future.

The hotel says it has parking at 11E per day. It isn't clear that you have to book this. The hotel is in ahistorical zone which is very difficult for cars. If you do not BOOK their parking you have to go to a public car park well away from the hotel.

Pretty Dolomite views in historic Trento

It was a good stay. The check-in staff could use a little more clarity and friendliness in their oral communication. When we checked in, the receptionist indicated that they had prepared a room for 2 adults and a child instead of 3 adults, and she was worried that the second bed would be too small.The reservation was for 3 adults. She was nice enough to show us the small bed for our adult son before we moved in to the room, but the reservation was clear. The breakfast staff was very nice. The location is great as there are many good restaurant choices very close, and it is very convenient to be so close to the train station. The wifi was spotty and in and out. The breakfast could be improved by adding some hot items like eggs.

Per la categoria (classificato 4 stelle) mancano alcune cose ormai usuali in quel livello : un thermos per prepararsi una tisana o un the in camera , raccoglitori per le confezioni usate sui tavoli della prima colazione , cassettiere nei mobili della stanza (qui totalmente assenti). In una camera per tre , sarebbe stato più consono trovare , nel bagno , maggiori supporti per appendere gli asciugamani. Insomma : quarta stella vacillante
