Above average experience, very nice

I'm very glad I stayed here. Everything was nice, clean, and even a little stylish. This is a nice hotel. The two staff I interacted with were both very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I can't comment on breakfast because I didn't have it. The bathroom was nice. They give you a vanity package which came in handy and was appreciated, including emory board, hair tie, shower cap, etc. They have good tea in the room and an electric kettle. The pillows were very nice and there was even an extra body pillow which was great, again, very much appreciated. The room totally darkens, too. This place was better than I was expecting. I would happily stay here again and I definitely recommend it.

This is an excellent hotel in a good location. Staff is friendly but not always attentive. Room was kept clean but the floor needed to be vacuumed more. Mattress needed to be replaced. Breakfast was top notch. I would recommend this property & wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The gentleman on reception check in was amazingly helpful. We even had a chat about mutual interests and he informed of an area near Rovereto to visit 👏👏

Non vale quello che spendi. Camera piccola con arredamento vecchio e il materasso era concavo, praticamente sfondato. La pulizia è buona e il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio è limitatissimo non presso la struttura e costa 12€

Excellent

We arrived early, way before check in time and the staff were accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is modern, clean quiet and conveniently located near the station. The breakfast was ample with many choices. Professionalism of the staff is always noted and appreciated. Highly recommended!

Struttura molto comoda vicino alla stazione. Dall'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile il centro con una passeggiata di 10 min. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze e molto disponibile nel dare ogni informazione. Utile anche la carta sconto del Trentino (via app) fornita dall'hotel. Ci tornerei senza dubbio.

Personale gentile e professionale. Camera grande e accogliente, bagno pulito e spazioso. Televisore a schermo piatto di grandi dimensioni. Colazione buona ma non eccellente, succo di arancia di qualità non eccelsa, sarebbe auspicabile la spremuta fatta al momento. Buone le torte.

E' già la quarta volta, dall'inizio del 2024, che vengo, cani compresi, qui ad alloggiare; il motivo? e' comodo perchè è vicino al centro e vicino alla Stazione Ferroviaria, non ha un pacheggio ma ha una ottima convenzione con au autosilo a pochi passi dall'hotel, è pulito, ordinato con personale sempre gentile e disponibile e....tanto altro
