Excellent location! We were there 3 days prior to a Cruise. This hotel is one block from the cruise terminal. It is very close to the Grand Canal, a central square/Piazza, and to many restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the modern building and room. We opted for the breakfast included, which was very good. There was bacon, eggs and grilled tomatoes, as well as it very good selection of cold meat and cheese, cheeses and delicious desserts !

the air conditioning temperature cannot be changed from inside the room. It is controlled by the front desk. We had to ask them four times over the course of our stay to turn down the temperature. It just kept going back up at one point the temperature in the room was 27.5 Celsius.
