"The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The front desk is located on the second floor and you will need to buzz in and either take the steps or the lift. Close to the train and bus station and a short walk to downtown. Would definitely stay here again."

"The entrance to the building is a bit dark. Up on check in the staff was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious. If you book this hotel make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo. They are very limited on the amenities. The WiFi did not work in our room. We had a room at the very end of the hallway to avoid the noisy area. Staff was very pleasant."

"The room was as advertised but in a neighboring hotel. They did upgrade us to a room with an inside private bath (with a step up to access) instead of a shared bath. Unfortunately it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Not so good when you are in a wheelchair. Luckily i am still somewhat mobile but it might not have worked for others. They did store our luggage for us when we arrived early morning"

"Very central location but better description needed to make it easier to find. Not a hotel but rooms in a building. Receptionist was most helpful but for most of the time no one there. Basic room but clean and adequate. Walking distance from train stain. "

"Great hotel for the price. Hotel is located on the second floor of a lovely old Palazzo. Rooms are very quiet, large and spacious, with high ceilings and modern furnishings (including electric window shades). Bathrooms are very modern with walk-in showers. A/C is a plus for the summer months. Front desk is not 24/7 so just communicate your arrival time in advance. Staff is very friendly, always smiling. "Located in the city centre so easy to walk everywhere. Street parking is difficult. I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Flat was comfortable especially the bed. Plenty of room. I had no hot water when I arrived so needed to put the boiler on (via a switch next to the lighting). Only limited kitchen equipment but fine for simple meals. Sofa bed...
